Easy once trained, they apperciate employees and will work with you if need be.

Cons

scheduled availablity is always middle of day you cant get a good schedule out of training its really hard.

Benefits are good as well as the training provided.

Cons

You sit at a cubicle your whole day. I worked at the call center and there is limited communication with your peers. It’s just call after call. If you don’t mind it, then this might be for you. Starting you get the shift nobody else wants. They track ever second you’re not on a phone call with customers.
