Pros

Hard to find any Pros. Maybe a pro comes from the community which makes you feel good because they recognize the brand and think its cool you work there.

Cons

Super high turnover rate in every department. There are managers who have no idea what he's doing. They're completely incompetent and screams at employees and throws temper tantrums at anything even remotely stressful or every time something breaks.

Great teams to work with. Time Warner Cable built a great leadership team and a great business model.

Cons

OLD CABLE DOGS. Our way or the highway. People are learning don't buck the system and don't offer opinions. Charter is losing a lot of senior leaders because of this style leadership.
