Pros

It’s a stable company with good medical and 401k. Because of its size you can move around the country. They get heavily involved in local community and government.

Cons

They truly believe that the 800 phone number is the way to sell their product. They have low regard for actual salespersons, it shows in commissions.

Pros

Good opportunity if you like walking all day and can get used to the rejections. Top rep is making 27k a month in commission. Average rep around 3-5k a month. Need thick skin to make it here and consistency. They issue you shirts / jacket / and a glow in the dark vest when your out door knocking at night.

Cons

Very flexible scheduling that can eventually make you lazy. They should give the reps smartphones instead of basic phones. Training is too long 10 days of basic sales should be done in no more than a week tops.
