      The experience is decent but corporate leader definitely needs to pay attention to the needs its employees

      Pros

      The health benefits have been cut but they are still amazing and you also get cable service at a major discount

      Cons

      The lack of financial compensation for the amount of work that we do. Corporate level management also needs to seek advice from lower level management and agents about what policies and procedures help and hinder are Day to day task

      Pros

      My area office didn't close down, so I wasn't forced to lose my job or move.

      Cons

      Charter is utterly interested in really learning anything important or significant from Time Warner Cable Media practices, procedures, or culture. TWC was the bigger fish, that was swallowed by a smaller one, but leadership appears not to want real and helpful information that might be of use now that the merged company is so much larger. Health Care benefits are reduced, compared to how it was set up for Time Warner. Bonuses - once an annual incentive even for hourly employees- have been discontinued. Internal communication - never great under TWC Media - is now worse. Cultural perks that once existed for TWC and Bright House Networks have been discontinued, making workplace more dreary to work in.

      Pros

      Put the hard work in you get paid well for the work you do. Coworkers and supervisors were great very supportive always giving feedback to make you more successful

      Cons

      Raises that were told by a certain date were not met. When I left the company I was told commission was to be paid out to me. The amount was not met. And the answer was sorry for your inconvenience.
