Pros

Consistent schedule, tuition reimbursement and decent benefits - to include free services.

Cons

Micromanaged environment. They attempt to control the customer interaction from greeting to close, so interactions seem robotic. Employees are not valued at this company commission structure was overhauled and significantly reduced from the days of TWC; while at the same time executive level employees received monster bonus' for achieving inferior results. All holidays are working holidays, and stores are slowly shifting to a 7 day work schedule whereas Sundays was always an off day. Spectrum has the vision of becoming a retail store but offers zero products for sale Not do they have POS terminals to make it happen. Sales goals seem arbritrary and are poorly explained.

Pros

I wouldn't say there is any pros but I will say that the pay checks never bounced and they off medical.

Cons

The work environment is unhealthy and they allow mistreatment to employees.
