Pros

If you don't mind being manipulative and deceptive this job is perfect for you

Cons

The way this company throws it in your face that they'll fire you for not getting mobile sales on a regular basis is insane. No real job security, they will fire a person for the simplest thing. The pressure they apply to their workers to sell mobile causes the agents to do underhanded acts to the customers just to satisfy the mangers and keep them off their back is astounding.

You will never be able to have a life while working here! They will make it incredibly hard for you to ever use your pto, sick days, vacation, and personal time. Management makes new rules on the spot just to get you in trouble. They don’t value you as an employee at all but rather they just see you as some disposable thing. They say you can take a day off for mental health but when you do they question every single thing going on in your life and will get you in trouble for it. The work culture is horrible they all act like a clique. Not to mention they monitor your bathroom breaks heavily & your supervisor will even call you on your personal phone number asking why you’re in the bathroom if it’s been over 3 minuets. Overall, i would never recommend anybody to work here.

Pros

One of the most appealing things about this job before I applied was the flex schedule, 2 days at home and the other three in the office. Reach has now removed that option, and reduced the wfh to one day a week. The only other pro is free services and discounted services.

Cons

Management is poor in all departments, they're only out to save their own skin. I have only dealt with one manager who I feel does an excellent job and he really looks out for his people. Micro management, my current manager obsessively checks my webex status, every day and doesn't do this to other employees.
