Pros

Good Salary, and commissions. Benefits are good as well.

Cons

Work/life balance is so so, as the company expects you to be outdoors, even in inclement conditions, and night time. If you get injured on the job, expect to NOT be treated right, as the insurance company they have, likes to draw things out as much as possible.

Pros

Benefits after 30 days and commission.

Cons

Not enough of a work force to support the high number of customers. A lot of older spectrum wireless customers would come in with simple issues who would wait hours to be helped. Management hides in the office while 50 customers wait in the lobby with 2 specialists on the sales floor.

Awful it's like being in a slave camp constantly micromanaged nothing is ever good enough. They manage every second of your day and always changing your desk which is smaller than bathroom stall and u get a new micromanager every 30 days and they force you to cram all there products down customers throat to the point they curse and hang up on you which counts against your commission and you are in competition with thousands of agents for your commission...total stress fest
