Pros

Employee benefits & complimentary services.

Cons

Management only care about themselves. Obnoxious supervisors who spend their days making their team members miserable & focus on calling you out if you're not meeting quotas that change on a weekly basis. Distasteful work environment. You'd think you were at a club the way they like to blast raunchy music to supposedly ramp things up. The bathrooms are the worst ever, I feel bad for the full-time cleaning staff. Vulture-culture mentality & even management encourages folks to not be friendly to others. Sad. Just sad.

Pros

Pay is quite good, which is why I left a position I really liked to move to Charter. The classic bait-and-switch!

Cons

Once you are here, the company thinks they own you. They expect 24/7 availability and no work/life balance. Teams are petty and juvenile -- instead of genuinely trying to work with other teams to resolve issues, each team pretends to cooperate and then goes of into a huddle to discuss how stupid other teams are. Strangest corporate culture I've ever seen, and I'm surprised any work at all gets accomplished around here. I can't wait to get out of this quagmire.

Pros

Nothing special. Pay is average to below average. Decent 401k match.

Cons

Where do I start? 1) There are way too many VPs and Directors and most of them are rude and arrogant. 2) People get promoted for no reason. So you end up having a lot of managers with very little experience and skill set. 3) The "finance" team is more of an AP team. Very little financial analytics. Be wary of the job req. If you're only looking for a paycheck, then apply. If you're looking to grow and develop your skill set, stay very far away. There are better companies out there to work for.
