Pros

Potential to work with freedom and autonomy. Level completely dependent on leadership you’re under* Commission can be good but was much better

Cons

Recently changed commission and quota structure which reduces pay for better performers. Company not showing desire to take care of Direct Sales. Concerned with reducing reps travel expenses (gas mileage payout) so they’ve just began assigning reps new territories entirely based on how far you have to travel, without taking into consideration your tenure, success etc..in said areas. Terrible new management hires. You hear from other sales verticals how amazing it is, this position is taking drastic steps backwards. Some management requires extreme reporting and busy work which bogs down and distracts from sales. Feels like a multi level marketing company always selling their reps on pushing for sales and how great everything the company does is.

Pros

* The company employs some great individuals who are talented and professional. * Overall, benefits package is good, and pay is OK.

Cons

* One major issue with the company is the prevalence of micromanagement by VPs and directors who are keen to demonstrate their importance. This results in a toxic work environment. * The company does not prioritize the development of its technology, instead outsourcing most of its work to countries like India and Russia. * There is limited opportunity for growth or advancement within the company, making it challenging to secure promotions or professional development. * The work-from-home policy is restricted and inflexible, and the corporate dress code is strict and old fashioned.
