Pros
Benefits, pay, flexibility (recent with WFH program, 2 days a week), 10% bonus every year (for higher level engineers), 401k matching 100% up to 6% (this is rare in most industries, decent healthcare options, two weeks of vacation as a new employee which goes up to 3 after 5 years, and then 4 at (10 years).
Cons
Processes are a bit clunky, rather silo'd environment, unnecessary restrictions on WFH program (can't WFH on a Friday and the following Monday, can't make WFH on Mondays or Fridays a regular thing, odd because we worked from home for 2 years during the height of the pandemic full time), good management seems to be a flip of a coin, can be difficult to move up in the company unless you are really driven to do so, middle management a little bloated in some departments.
