Very corporate/heartless mindset. No matter how many Mobiles you sell, it'll never be enough, and your Team Lead will continue to find things that you are doing wrong. They do not inform you when someone around you has COVID, though they are supposed to. They will not care about it, until you contract it, or have symptoms. They have the option for Work from Home, and they wouldn't let me work from home when I asked because, "Work from Home is at capacity". They proceeded to let someone I knew work from home the following week. I take care of my elderly mother/father, and was trying to avoid her from getting COVID; they did not care about my concerns for them. Even after one of them had surgery, they gave me the run around. I brought it to HR's attention, and they told me to go speak to my lead. Asked my lead, they'd tell me to ask HR about it. They pretend to care about their employees, but they care more about the money we'd pull in, to feed their own egos and wallets.

Lack leadership that changes with the time. Terrible work-life balance, minimum raises even when its a job promotion, they pay new employees with less experience more money than current employees, CEOs has a outdated outlook on running an organization.
