Spectrum reviews

Spectrum really doesn't care about their customers or if they leave. A great part of their customer base are elderly customers who have cable boxes and don't want to stream. Everything is being moved to streaming and they are using one of the most horrid devices out there called a Xumo. I would like to know who on earth decided to get Spectrum partnered up with Xumo. One of the worst business decisions in history and it's going to come full circle and bite them in the butt. Anyone who has ever used a Xumo knows it isn't for a beginner due to the issues with it. However THIS is the device they chose to transition elderly people to streaming?? How about try something more stable like a ROKU? Mark my words this will be a big part of Spectrum's down fall in the years to come. That and an internet system reliant on having customers continually reboot devices due to signal cobwebs and such.
