Pros

The best smoke and mirrors I've ever seen. Decent benefits

Cons

Very cult like environment. Don't care about the customers or employees. Scam company. Fleecing the consumer because they can get away with it. I was sick daily from what I saw. This is what the american company has become america has become:(

Pros

When it was Time Warner and the pre merger leadership.

Cons

Management style is not progressive. HR and Leadership above Supervisors do not want to acknowledge that morale is low because it seems they are afraid they will look bad and most of management is about Covering their own ______ . Result: They do not understand that at times people are not perfect and are quick to write up or fire you. Ridiculous expectations and even our supervisors are frustrated. New managers feel the need to prove they belong so they are quick to write up or fire. As stated before, not a progressive style of managing and with the new milleinial generation and other companies offering a more attractive and non toxic work experience, this location will never attract top talent

Pros

very easy job once you get the hang of it. free food almost every week if you're into that sorta thing. my co-workers were great. Free cable and internet.

Cons

Where do I start *sigh* -low pay. they are constantly adding new tools to the job but they are not compensating for it. -poor management. all they care about are your numbers. even if you are very good at your job they will find something to nag you about. -impossible to get promoted. They recently changed the requirements of getting promoted and it's almost impossible to do so if you're not a superior employee. -Someone took their life while at work. The company did not make mention of this to us at all. I understand that you cannot discuss what happened but they did not say anything. no emails, chats, meetings. nothing. nor did operations stop. They acted as if nothing had happened. In fact, while the CSI was in the back parking lot processing the scene they had an ice cream truck giving out cones in the front of the building. That was the last straw for me. -If you're really good at handling the calls and doing a good job they will hold you back from promotion within or to another department. -Since I've been there for some time I've seen this place get worse and worse as the years went on. It is slowing but surely becoming Convergys
