      Pros

      Decent benefits. Nearly a month off for managers and above. Good for your resume, as it is a Fortune 100 company.

      Cons

      Archaic and draconian in the way they go about many departmental procedures, processes and implementations. Highly hierarchical, i.e. don't talk to anyone "above" your level. Hard to move up. No training for people managers can lead to terrible situations where "subordinates" are mistreated. Rampant idea stealing and claiming credit for other people's work. Minimal professional development provided, or reimbursed for.

      Not much. Maybe steady work

      Embarrassing pay raises 4% is the absolute most I have heard for a guy who achieved tier 5 for the year. Most received 1.5%-3% which is a joke Charter gets a huge tax cut, and they literally don’t share anything, they actually cut our bonuses from 500 a month to 300. They should be ashamed of themselves. Only company in this business that did nothing, zero. They are scumbags. They raise customers rates and coach us on what to say.

      Free cable, high pay great benefits

      Cons

      2% of the employees do 95% of the work. No flexibility to work anywhere but in the office. They check badge swipes into the building. No trust of employees. More idea people than people who can execute the ideas, and the people who can execute are not valued.
