Pros

Good vacation time. Free or discounted company services.

Cons

Nothing here is consistent across departments. Company policies are ignored unless they want to enforce them on an individual, which is retaliation in its purest form. Their position titles are based on the amount you make..when it should be the other way around. In other words whatever your current pay is they will give you a title that matches that pay bracket. If you apply for a higher position but don't make enough money annualy to fall into the bracket for that position you will not be considered. I have never in my life been told that even though I am qualified for a position I won't be considered because I don't make enough money, but I have here. Spectrum also has very racist and discriminating hiring practices. They will ignore qualifications to hire the "race" or "gendor" they want in a position. Healthcare is also ridiculous for a company this large. The price for Healthcare isn't that bad but the coverage is horrible and actually costs you more when you need to use it. New hires are given priority for benefits and income while employees with 10 or more years get absolutely no additional benefits at all..making this a horrible place for a long term career.

Pros

Decent pay ($20 hr to start) Yearly increase of 3%-5% Great benefits (Medial, Dental Vision, 401K match) PTO

Cons

Absolutely 0 career mobility Micro management Can't use the bathroom for more than 5 minutes if you're not on break or lunch or you'll come back to a message from your supervisor asking if you're ok as if it's odd to use the bathroom for more than 5-7 minutes. A couple of years ago it was easier for people to move up in the company but lately things have become very stagnant, the budgets are lowering and it feels like the end is near for this branch.

Pros

Free services are the only perk

Cons

Commission is unobtainable. Company acts like they care about you, but when push comes to shove they’ll blindside you with discipline and expect you to work around the clock. No one cares about you as a person, your health, your ideas, nothing about you at all. If upper leadership doesn’t like you, they’ll make your life miserable and constantly ask you “if you’re happy here” to gas light you into quitting. Expect you to work around the clock and treat you so passive aggressively it will make you ill to even think of spending another day between their four walls. The best you can hope for is to treat your team as callously and ruthlessly as your DM and TM will treat you, and then you MIGHT win their favor and not have a miserable experience here. Doubtful tho.
