Pros

You get to meet alot of great people! Great supervisors Pay is Okay! Paid Training

Cons

If you work out of the Montgomery, AL office it's almost ran by monkey's with titles they keep blaming things that are happening on techs instead of looking higher up the previous manager had metrics up and they bring in this new guy that has terrible metrics never been in the field so has no idea what's actually going on or really cares to know.

Pros

Benefits: Vacation, Cable/internet, pension. Vacation pay is based on prior year's performance (base/commission) rather than base pay.

Cons

Terrible culture. Management doesn't care about people. Departments are more concerned with protocol ("it's not my job") versus actually getting through red tape to help a customer. They believe their product is so superior, customers will pay any price and wait any length of time for it.
