Pros

Paid time off Friendly work environment Yearly raises Cable-related swag Variety of schedules

Cons

Had to explain ACA to HR to ensure they were following the law. Highest levels of management make decisions that don't make sense to those of us in the trenches (dissolving a most experienced team right before a merger, for example). Call center environment means there are metrics governing adherence to schedule that can be hard to meet given random nature of call times. Limited options to advance in the company (depending on where you live).
