Pros

Free cable and Internet, direct customer interaction, free time to take care of other things like paying bills online etc.

Cons

Inconsistent policy enforcement and changes, commission plans change all the time, intense sales pressure to meet monthly and store goals

Pros

Easy to make revenue. You get to make commission and have a base pay. Benefits are good.

Cons

Trying to make a sale on a call that was routed to sales department by mistake. If you get too many then you'll get coachings with supervisor and write-ups.

Pros

Good benefits, free cable, friendly atmosphere, learned about cable advertising, learned a lot of excel, general nice bosses who gave autonomy

Cons

Not great pay. Direct supervisor was in another state and I never even met her. She was also the one to conduct annual reviews.
