Pros
Benefits and pay are great! The best part of the job. Great health benefits, pay, and you get free Charter services if you live in a Charter serviceable area. Job is a lot more fun and easier to get through if you're working with friends or just people you love to work with.
Cons
Hours right out of training will be second shift hours. Later on at your time with Charter that may change if they do "Shift Bids". Calls can somewhat be stressful. With each call that comes through, you just never know what you're going to get. For the most part, customers are reasonable. Of course you're going to get a phone call with a customer that's extremely upset/angry. Can't really say how frequent it happens, because it varies (one day you could survive without an angry customer, and the next day every 3 phone calls are from angry customers).
