Pros

You are able to work from your home office with weekly meetings in the local office.

Cons

This is highly leveraged based on commission and involves cold calling in person door to door.

Pros

Great benefits, great starting pay, great training program. Everyone in my pod was awesome and there were lots of great friendly competitions between pods.

Cons

Call center work. Also HR is really awful if you get sick before your first year is up. You cannot get in touch with supervisors directly because it's an inbound call center, which makes giving references to this company really hard.

Pros

If you are able to get a handle on it, it can be pretty financially lucrative. Has pretty solid benefits.

Cons

If you have a poor sales month, the job becomes nothing more than a really lousy minimum wage job, with extremely poor hours.
