Pros

The people you work with such as co-workers with the exception of a few managers, pay for sales support reasonable

Cons

No accountability placed on management, supervisors don't know anything more than the reps, a lot of favoritism, forget advancing if you don't conform, fire behind false accusations, lie to employees, management never present when needed.

Pros

The benefits are outstanding, and the training is extensive. The company itself is great. Overall, I'd recommend it to people who are looking for compensation over contentment.

Cons

Very numbers-driven, less focused on customers. No one, from management on down, seems like they actually WANT to be there, like they're just getting through the week and getting the paycheck. Creative thinking and suggestions are discouraged unless it's directly related to bringing in more money. Management often contradicts each other.
