Pros

The benefits are outstanding, and the training is extensive. The company itself is great. Overall, I'd recommend it to people who are looking for compensation over contentment.

Cons

Very numbers-driven, less focused on customers. No one, from management on down, seems like they actually WANT to be there, like they're just getting through the week and getting the paycheck. Creative thinking and suggestions are discouraged unless it's directly related to bringing in more money. Management often contradicts each other.

tons of internal and external competition to sell the same services (w/same company); lots of pressure on managers
