Pros

Great Co-Workers all the way up to supervisor's supervisor. Fast advancement the first year. Company vehicle. GREAT benefits. Lots of Sick/Vacation/Floating Holidays time off.

Cons

Someone in a office somewhere always comes up with a new "standard" that's enforced for about 6 months then threw out the window.

Pros

Discounted services if they file your paperwork timely. Tuition reimbursement if they don't fire you before the check is due. Flexibility in your day but you can't admit to utilizing it. Awesome pay if they don't find a loophole to DQ your close.

Cons

Gaps in pay. 7 days a week all while they promote M-F 40hrs. They can't "make" you work the weekend but when you don't they'll find something to make up for the punishment. Middle management is not supportive. They try to get you to break the rules and when you won't, they will for you, when it comes time to face the music.. they have no idea what you're talking about. Safety in certain situations. Don't blow your whistle! You will spend half your time doing administrative tasks for the sup, training rookies, helping the ones struggling, developing new tactics (off the books marketing), etc. All while it takes away from your time completing your job. You will be pushed to spy on co-workers. Get them to admit future plans, drive by their house, forward text messages, etc. Constantly changing performance policies. Lack of performance when things were experimental will still count against you once the kinks are worked out.

Pros

Good benefits, pretty good pay

Cons

They change your shifts all the time, as it is a 7-24 operation
