Pros

Great training. There is an extensive on boarding program that was very helpful to our agents that may have not had a ton of technical experience.

Cons

Lack of approachable leadership. If you didn't work 8a-4p you could forget about having anyone to ask if you had a question or problem, especially Human Resources. While I understood that someone couldn't be there everyday all day, that didn't stop the questions and problems from happening. It was a 24x7 center and management and HR was gone by 5p.

Pros

They had overtime and had a great pay scale but they tore that down and destroyed great customer service.

Cons

Poor Sales and customer service expectations and directions. They change direction every quarter and and change schedules every year or sooner. they supervisors are not trained well.

Great opportunities to advance if one truly cares and takes the time to network properly. Discounted services if you live in the company foot print.

Cons

Coworkers who have an entitlement attitude. You work your tail off and they expect to be given everything.
