Pros

Free digital services, health insurance benefits are top notch.

Cons

Bad reputation of Charter in area makes it tough to sell. Company has two scales for approving and rejecting new clients. Easier for other sales channels to close deals than it is for outside sales people. Management wants outside sales people to go out in all types of weather and even after dark to sell Charter services. Cable boxes are out of date and technology is not keeping up with other pay TV providers. Upper management change rules weekly to seemingly make it tougher for outside sales reps to close deals.

decent base pay , and benefits.

Cons

Someone is always touching your commissions,not being payed for 2-3 mo . the job is emotionally draining . and if you are a masters grad this company sucks with choosing qualified people for management . too much micro management
