Cons
Management tries way too hard with their "squeeze the lemon" philosophy, expecting employees to follow nearly impossible tasks. I have seen positive behavior reprimanded, while negative behavior rewarded. It is extremely difficult to utilize benefit time and I have had days where management has sent me home due to illness and called me up the same day to issue a corrective action while not on the clock. As a CSR, it is challenging enough to exceed particular metrics and need to serve hostile customers daily, however to also compound this with poor ethics and carelessness for the employees that serve them is too much for any employee to bare. True leaders and those with higher education should not expect advancement while working at Charter Communications.
