Pros

Potentially Lucrative Pay if You're Willing to Shove Triple Gold Packages Down The Customers' Throats

Cons

This company spends more money on crappy Ellen Commercials and Looking Techy than the well-being of their employees.. 1. The computer systems are laughably outdated and unreliable. Seriously, there is an incredible disconnect between what's taught in the training room and what happens on the sales floor. Managers who've been there for years struggle with the bugs and errors that are inevitable. Every time I'm inputting an order on the computer for a customer I hold my breath and hope everything works out, and that's not including hoping the pricing is correct for the customer. 2. The level of disrespect from some of management is disgusting. They WILL berate you for being late by 1 minute, and they WILL be on your butt if you're not logging calls non-stop. If you take even 2 minutes of an 8 hour shift not taking calls when you are on the clock, they will come down on you. 3. You HAVE to push on all the premium tier products on all customers NO MATTER WHAT, even if they don't need it. It's a sales environment, I get it. But they want you to be uncaring emotionless psychopathic bots that sell to customers products that they don't need. I would feel bad putting the customer on hold while I input all the high tier upgrades, and then hitting them with what I "think" they should get even though that customer just told me they didn't want it. 1% of all humans are true psychopaths, so this job might be right up your alley if you are. The turnover at my location was unreal. A lot of the trainees I worked with at the beginning were completely unqualified and unprofessional, but this place is desperate for bodies. I'm talking about 4 classes of 15-20 people each in a building of 300 desks. And one more thing I thought I'd add - I quit before the Covid19 epidemic, but I've heard they've done NOTHING to really protect their employees. It's business as usual to them, just put out a few hand sanitizer bottles and wipes. They spend more time (Like many soulless companies) doing PR for how much they "care" than actually doing anything meaningful. Absolutely Insane

Pros

They'll tell you that they support you. They put you through 6 weeks of training that dosent give you anything that will help you on the floor taking calls.

Cons

worked for over a year, was a top performer almost each month, no advancement opportunities. Then according to them I "incorrectly transferred a call" and they fired me. The HR employee said I could file for unemployment especially with all of the covid 19 stuff going on and that would help until I could find something else. Then come to find out they turned around and denied my unemployment claim . Just seems like a pretty nasty thing to do to someone that worked faithfully for you for over a year.
