At the time I work their corporate management require all employee to come back working onsite while some were able to work from home due to the pandemic. customer frustration about service/outage have to excel on call performance metrics spectrum tv app deadweight career growth progression opportunities

Pros

As a former internet repair agent at Spectrum, I have to say that I really enjoyed my time there. Despite the monotonous nature of the job, the mood of the call center always kept things interesting. It was a great environment to be in, and I was able to network with some amazing coworkers. I appreciated the team-oriented approach that the company took, and it made for a fun and enjoyable workplace.

Cons

However, there were definitely some downsides to working at Spectrum as well. The biggest issue for me was the lack of growth opportunities. It felt like there wasn't much room for advancement, and the company was always restructuring due to being purchased. Additionally, management was very closed off about what was really going on, which made it difficult to know where the company was heading. Overall, I had a positive experience working for Spectrum, but I do wish there were more opportunities for advancement and more transparency from management.
