Pros

Benefits, Starting pay is good

Cons

Boring, mundane, take lots of abuse from customers, training does not match the actual job, leadership never on the same page, expected to just know all the different business rules that aren't taught in training. Will take 50+ calls a day and it is very repetitive. Do not complain about abuse from customers as this can get you in trouble, even if a customer is sexually harassing you.

Pros

The benefits are great; including free or discounted services. Good starting salary

Cons

Call volume excessive, especially on week-ends. Raises are the worst I have experienced in 30 years. Constantly adding more work for front-line employees with little to no additional increase in wages. Inconsistant messages from leadership on doing the right thing for the customers but putting roadblocks in place to prevent achieving the goals set. Moving the goalposts on specific job or career functions aka WFH.
