Good benefits and competitive pay

Cons

Since the Time Warner merger, Charter has become Time warner and is no longer a company interested in its employees. They are only interested in driving productivity and profitibility.

As a benefit, you get mostly free internet, cable, and home phone service.

Cons

Company doesn't help the employee with the stressful environment because other departments do not assist the customer care department by following through on customers requests.

Pros

Co-workers were awesome, had majority of holidays off with pay and if we did work on holidays we would have a pot luck, activities to do on break and Jean day.

Cons

No one was ever on the same page because of constant changes , management always played favoritism and would always try to save their butt and throw the employee under the bus even if the management directed the action or even did the wrong doing on a account.
