Pros

Great company, benefits, 401k, health, paid vacation and some holidays. Great people to work with for the most part. There's always one who likes drama. Just don't play into it. Keep positive and the negativity from that one or two typically goes away.

Cons

You go below 80% quota 4 times in 12 months you're out.

Pros

Above average pay for area. Commission 4 week training period Sunday's off

Cons

The people you deal with are rude, angry, and unhappy. They are allowed to scream at you, throw things, swear, and even physically grab you without consequence. As an employee you have to take all of this with a smile. If management is informed about the situation, they will do nothing, and if a customer calls in unhappy, they will immediately take their side without asking you anything about the situation. Safety is a non-existent concern. Threats from customers are not to be taken seriously, and were even told we could get in trouble for pushing panic button. This job is stressful, and leaves you with high levels of anxiety everyday. You may even dread having to come in everyday. The building you work in has many issues ranging from roach infestations multiple times a month, to no heat during the winter. There were many days that only small space heaters were available for employees, if they are working at the time. Management is constantly telling employees one thing, and then another. Leaving out important information that "should be known." Management favors certain employees, and lets it be known. They will get preferential treatment for schedules, time off, breaks, coming in late, and even leaving early without permission. If you report unethical behavior, there is a good chance that the management reported to, will show it to the employee it is about. Reporting these issues does no good, as the person who is doing wrong will not get in trouble, and management will cover for them multiple times. This includes unethical behavior, fraud, and theft. If you are part-time, do not expect a flexible schedule. You will work 6 days a week, always closing, and every saturday, while others refuse to switch any early shift they have. If you ask to work with management around things, they are not helpful and will flat out tell you no, especially if a favored employee has a problem with your request. If you move to full time, you may still get "shafted" with the schedule, as it is believed you must "learn your place" and "earn" the better shifts. Employees are allowed to talk down about others with leads and management without consequence. Many people have come and gone in quick time periods from this place, and reporting what is going on as they do, however things do not change. The turn over rate is very high. I read a review on this site before becoming employed here. It outlined how the company treats its employees with disrespect, how customers do, and how you will get burned out quickly in one of these positions. I ignored it, as the pay was enticing, and there were other good reviews. I would advise anyone not to ignore the reviews, and unless anything changes, to stay clear of employment here, at least at this location. The company cares about themselves, and money. They do not make things easier for employees, and I do not feel they care about employees. There are no programs for advancement or well-being.
