      Pros

      Working with the clients is very rewarding. Seeing their progress, is wonderful. They all have their own unique personalities. I enjoy talking to them and making them laugh.

      Cons

      Too much drama with the staff. New staff are lazy and expect every one else to do the work. Some don't care to learn anything, even after senior staff mentor and teach them.

      Pros

      Working with Developmentally Disabled people is truly a rewwarding experience. Benefits are ok, co-workers can be very nice

      Cons

      The new CEO is very removed and has no desire to really “know” what the organization is about. The Board of Trustees have all been in place far too long and have forgotten the true mission. The pay for Direct Support is very low, very little room for advancement, staff is not appreciated for the hard work they do.
