      Monday through Friday job. Average 45-50 hrs per week. Managers, supervisors and co-workers all get along pretty well. Good camaraderie between all co-workers

      Hourly pay below industry average. Some company policies are outdated and need to be reconsidered. Reconsider expectations/ rules in relation to pay. Pay more for CDL drivers

      Decent pay. Health insurance. Paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days. Birthday is considered a holiday. Room for advancement.

      Cons

      Human Resources is a joke. There are some in management that are worthless. There is a large disconnect between upper management and the rest of the company.
