Learned a lot. lots of things to do. Let you come early and stay late for appointments.

Cons

Very stressful, not recognized for hard work, unless related to management or friends with them. Ignored because of this also. The IT department is the worst department. Takes a long time to get any time off, not family-friendly. Cannot take part of a day off.
