Horrible Company to Work For

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

-coworkers are nice to you but generally won't last long

Cons

-bully disabled employees until they have no choice but to leave or get fired -managers play favorites and don't get their own jobs done, sit around on their phones, and get lower ranking employees to do their jobs for them -manager show emotional immaturity and punish those who ask questions about the job -the pay is garbage and not worth the toll on your mental health -Speedway illegally holds back breaks from employees in the state of Ohio (at least our location did and probably still does, "your five minute smoke break is considered your full break") -No discounts on anything in the store despite working there -benefits seem to just not be a thing for employees anymore, I was promised them when I started but then that changed to a year in -Customers treat you like garbage -some stores are willing to violate OSHA laws, such as our store that refused to fix the AC for an entire summer and got said violation
