Pros

Poor upper management. It’s not just a horse and pony show and when something goes wrong they have to find a donkey to pin the tail on.

Cons

The staff when you have it is great

Pros

On Paper: education reimbursement, 401K

Cons

took away pensions after being sold, education reimbursements take FOREVER to be paid out. District Managers do nothing except "tell you what you are doing wrong." No one will offer to show you how to do it the right way. HUGE disconnect between upper management and actual operations. Constant you didn't get enough customers (with free will) to take a rewards card. A "Customer readiness" book printed in type 4 font that they expect you to do every day while you are running a register alone because no one wants to work there. Lackluster bullcrap reasons as to why you don't get your bonus but P&L shows hundreds of thousands of dollars. Absolutely, the worst. Inexperienced region management.
