Pros

Monthly bonuses if you're a shift lead or higher after 3 months of working at your designated store. So about 5-6 months until you actually get it.

Cons

Managers either are lazy, don't know how to do their job, or endanger your life by keeping 100s of dollars in the register.

Pros

I got to work with great people, regular customers who are pretty cool and weekly pay.

Cons

Never got a break, even if I worked longer then 8 hours, I would have to beg to get a break or a lunch break. If I smoked I got all the breaks I wanted! Manger asked me several times to stay late, never got full time, only a week that I had full time. Rude customers. When you start working your pay will be few weeks late. You're pretty much on your own once on the floor. Oh, you do NOT get any employee discounts what so ever, no meal discount, no drink discount. Nothing!
