Speedway reviews

This company struggles with fostering a positive culture, honesty, setting attainable goals, work life balance, and continues to add responsibilities to store roles while reducing staff and no change in pay. They have a good training program on paper but they don't have systems in place to support execution so people are trained properly. There's a culture of not caring about the welfare of the employees while promoting that its a priority. There's also a culture of disrespect with this organization. They don't respect the hard working people who work extra hours to try to meet the demands placed on them.

I really dont have a bad review for Speedway sometimes i think you do a lot of work its not hard work but a lot of different things in a day i think the pay should be more Speedway make a lot of cash..
