Pros

-Managers get a monthly bonus, CSR's get a bonus every 3 to 6 months but its pretty low -you get to know all types of people and get close to the customers you see on a regular basis

Cons

-They cut hours based on store sales and how well the store is doing -there is no employee discount or free anything -they set very high expectations and the store is inspected every month
