Great Management Experience

Pros

Plenty of practice resolving customer service issues. Upper management does a good job with sending entry level management to workshops and classes to teach essentials like proper communication and tips for completing reports.

Cons

Even with all the positive reinforcement and open lines of communication, turnover is high in this industry. Expect call-offs to come at the least convenient times. Management is responsible to covering the shifts or working the shift themselves if no one can be reached.

Cons

Rude and disrespectful store manager, repremands customers and employees alike on sales floor and refuses to hold herself accountable for her actions
