      Nice coworkers, and manager. Good amount of work hours.

      Cons

      Some of the shift leads abuse their position and don't do work at all. Only get breaks if you work 7 1/2 hours or more.

      The holiday pay for management.

      I worked for hess from 2011 till speedway finished its take over of the store. They slave drive and punish you for not getting enough reward members to sign up and they started firing people for bogus reasons and they expect you to do all the store work by yourself and cash out around 500 to 600 transactions at the same time. They pay worse then hess did and i got cut for my high pay i would not work here if i were you.

      Store bonuses, tuition re-embursment (they actually promote and want their employees to have the opportunity for higher education) health dental and vision Benefts, Guarenteed hours, vacation time, holiday pay, Friendly customers, Great work ethic and work experience building, Great staff and plenty of personalities to learn from with diversity. Great way to learn a lot of skills that anyone can use and plenty of opportunity to move higher in the company by promoting from within. having the ability to be able to develop CSR/management relations while following company policies.Long hours. Hard work. And your always kept busy. It's not terrible, just a lot of areas that are a work in progress as with any company. It requires dedition and heart. Has the potential to be a great career.

      You have to deal with a lot of call offs from csrs which leads to long hours, but once you have the right team and people in place, it's Not that bad.
