Very hands off which gives the responsibility that you would have in real life. Everyone is very helpful and is understanding. You get to experience all aspects of the business. You get great hours! What you do effects the company. You're decisions can have a big outcome of what happens in situations. present a project in front of region with a group of interns.

The majority of store managers do not like their job which makes it hard to work with them.
