Pros

* Great "first job" experience. If you can handle this job for 6-12 months, you can do the vast majority of retail jobs. * Lots of locations available is you like the east coast of the U.S. * Great benefits for those who stick with the company.

Cons

* Transferring to other locations, especially ones in different states, can be a lengthy process. * On days off, you're still on-call. When someone doesn't show up or calls out sick, you may be asked to come in. * Pay is a little on the low end. Depending on how many hours you get per week and where you live, you may need a second job to make ends meet.

Pros

somewhat ok pay, monthly bonus if you meet selling point and pass monthly inspection

Cons

On call all the time, no breaks, rude customers, DMs that don't care about you or your other employees, work your butt off and told you can do better.
