Weekly paycheck..coworkers ..regular customers. .benefits

Horrible work life balance, store employees work like a slave and its still not good enough to corporate..it's a do more..do more mentality with not enough hours or ppl to accomplish it all..unrealistic expectations on inspections so they don't have to pay bonuses. NO BREAKS..10 HR DAYS. Everyone is miserable working there just look at their faces next time you go in. The only ones happy are the corp. Execs as they laugh all the way to the bank due to the sweat off the store employees back. Store employees are treated like crap thus reason why there is such high turnover..The worst I've ever seen at any company I've ever worked for in 25 years ..Overall atmosphere sucks due to way company treats their employees.
