Pros

I feel like cit is a great start to a retail career and wonderful benefits and pay. For a persob who wants to move up this is perfect for you.

Cons

I feel as if store managers and dm's have very horrible communication skills and i feel that the waythey train you can be much better thenit is.

Pros

Pros were definitely the chance of up to a 7% bonus every month. I happened to have a wonderful district and great coworkers that were willing to be pretty flexible if I needed off or something which was another huge pro.

Cons

The biggest con was definitely the fact you have to sell alcohol and tobacco. The ID policy is up to 40 and often customers will complain or get upset if you tell them you cannot sell them tobacco or alcohol.

Pros

Speedway is quickly growing and is currently the #1 gas station in gallons pumped and #2 in revenue for convince stores in the nation

Cons

Training program is not very structured. Very "baptism by fire" and your trainer may not know enough to actually teach. Trainers do not have to pass any formal training class or evaluation.
