Can't think of any whatsoever

On my third day was scheduled for a 10 hour shift with no lunch, employee who was supposed to work with me called off...ended up working alone overnight. Was expected to clean, prepare food and unload a truck with over 200 boxes all while listening for customers to come into the store. Quit the next day. Poor Pay.

Pros

If you enjoy working alone you will have plenty of time to do that here. PTO is reasonable for this type of work. I received 60 hours of PTO for averaging 30 hours the year prior

Cons

Most of the benefits are unobtainable by store level employees, they refuse to class any store level employee who is not a salary manager as full-time regardless of the hours worked per week, the enjoyment of your job will vary drastically depending on your store manager. Long hours with zero help, breaks are not a standard feature of this job and should not be expected, can be dangerous working overnights alone, no store discount beyond the 15 cent per gallon fuel perk, high turnover so the quality of your coworkers is typically not great
