Pros

The customers are great, when you have a good team they are great as well. Benefits are excellent here and the main reason I stay. Monthly bonus( only if you exceed last year's goals)

Cons

High turn over rate, pay isn't wonderful( but not horrible either), 50 plus hours a week, be prepared to work. There is lots of responsibility for every member of the team. The company gives the store manager very little hours to work with every week leaving the staff stressed out and over worked.

Cons

Vacation time isn't the best and sick pay can only be used when you're actually sick (doesn't include doctor's appointments, etc.)

Pros

It is a very flexible internship allowing you to work as much or as little as you want. You are assigned an intern project that you present to DMs, RMs, and RD. You spend majority of time riding along with the DMs and working in stores in their district.

Cons

Days can be long
