      Pros

      If you want to learn to run a complete business, this is a great place. Your position is what you make of it. Hard work and an inquisitive mind go a long way here. I'm one to get bored easily but there is always more to learn and do. Multitasking is a must. The people who say the ECE is impossible to get done or the inspections are impossible to pass, probably do not have good managers or constantly blame others for their failures.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons really. Yes, sometimes you are tired. Yes, sometimes people call out. Yes, sometimes you fail an inspection. But tomorrow is a new day and life goes on.

      Pros

      Speedway is a great place to work. There are challenges each and every day, which makes it fun, exciting, and different. Advancement is possible - I began as an intern and worked my way up through operations. From the top down, there are great people who enjoy what they do day in and day out. Promoting from within is very important to the company. No matter the position you hold, it is a face paced environment with an emphasis on autonomy.

      Speedway is much like other companies - you need to put in the time, effort, and energy while remaining positive to achieve what you want to achieve.
