Pros

Promotions are great and has good work-life balance. I enjoyed working with the customers and assisting employees. Benefits was good

Cons

some customers are dirty and leave the store that way too. The pay could be better with more bonuses. Training could be longer

Pros

Some customers are very understanding of public behaviors and can be appreciative and pleasant to help.

Cons

Tired of the constant sexual harassment from customers, being the scapegoat for managers, and getting $.20 raising for being listed as an outstanding employee on my reviews. Managers have been in their positions for 25+ years without professional development and little to no understanding of value systems. Diversity exists only as a theory in this company climate.

Great training. Great Benefits. Great people. Fun customers. Fast paced. Job advancement. Never boring.

Cons

Low pay. Long hours. No work /life balance. Weekends. Bad customers. Dangerous at times due to the possibility of armed robbery which happens quite a bit.
