Pros

The benefits offered are about as good as it gets. Pretty solid for the premiums. Not many pros when your micromanaged from a distance. Sell more candy in a retirement community when they all have diabetes LOL . Yeah right. You jack wagons!

Cons

Everything is micro management. Check lists for check lists is not needed. Low budget to cover a 2 page daily task list that gets bigger every day.

Pros

- Rapid advancement if you are a good worker - Most Store Managers are willing to work around your schedule - Training is mandatory for all job titles - Training is on-going, not just at the beginning of employment - 401 k offered to even Part-time employees

Most hourly employees are started as Part-time
